Combe Down Primary School

Combe Down CEVC Primary is situated within the village of Combe Down, a suburb on the south side of Bath, England. Around four hundred children from the surrounding area attend, supported by over fifty staff.

There is a friendly, child-centred environment here, where discipline and a respect for others is demonstrated. The school is recognised by OFSTED as performing well and for consistently achieving government targets.

Beyond our pupils and teachers, the school’s ‘extended family’ - its parents, governors and specialist staff, plus members of the local community, professionals and partner organisations - number many hundreds of people. It is one of our aims that this site will be a significant tool to bring that family closer together, and care for and develop the children entrusted to us.
