Coronavirus Update 16.03.2020

16 March 2020

Monday, 16th March 2020

Dear Parents, Guardians and Caregivers,

We understand that many of you are understandably very worried about the escalating issue with Coronavirus.

We wanted to reassure you that the pupil and staff community, here at Combe Down Primary School, are our number one priority and we are working very closely with all the relevant local and national health and education authorities to prepare for every eventuality. We are committed to updating you as and when things change, and we have further news to share.

For that reason, please continue to refer to Parent Mail for any communications labelled Coronavirus Update/dated. Any more urgent communications will also be communicated via text message.  With that in mind, please find below the current status and useful information.

Please also kindly remember that we are educators and not crisis or communications experts, but we are a very strong community here at Combe Down Primary and must try to remain united and calm for the benefit of the children.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

Many thanks,

Jane Gascoigne, Jo Bird, Antony Wainer, Jon O’Neill, Caroline O'Neill
