Year 6 learn life skills!

Year 6 spent the day at the amazing Lifeskills centre - an immersive, interactive village designed to teach potentially life-saving safety skills through realistic scenarios and engaging experiences. Its aim is to equip children and young people with the knowledge and confidence to make informed, independent decisions, helping them to stay safe now and in the future.

Throughout the day, the children worked their way through a variety of real-life situations, learning about personal safety, emergency situations, road awareness and much more. The hands-on nature of the experience meant that everyone was fully engaged, and the children embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and maturity. Year 6 had a wonderful time, and the visit provided valuable learning that will stay with them long after they leave primary school. We are very proud of the way they represented our school and the thoughtful approach they showed throughout the day.
